Cleaning
Cleaning is handled jointly by the on-site manager, assistant manager, and cleaning staff. Residents are also expected to use the shared spaces responsibly, such as washing any dishes and utensils they use in the kitchen.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Residents are also expected to be considerate and avoid disturbing others.
