「Diversityhouse」とは、性別・国籍・職業などを飛び越え、お互いを尊重して、共に成長していけるようなシェアハウスにしていきたいという思いを込めて名付けました。運営方法は私達が作ったルールを住民の皆さんに強制するのではなく、住んでいる方の意見を参考にしながら、皆様の住みやすい環境作りをしていきたいと思っています。どうぞよろしくおねがいします！

We try to maintain a sense of cleanliness by taking out the trash and cleaning the common areas according to the residents' weekly shift system, and regular cleaning by the management company twice a month.
