You can take Tobu Isesaki Line at Umejima station and you can access Ueno Station by 16 minutes, and Tokyo Station by 31 minutes. Price of the area is relatively reasonable comparing with other Tokyo 23 wards. The area is also popular shopping place since there are cheap supermarkets called “Gekiyasudo (激安堂)” and “Cocosu Nakamura (ココスナカムラ)”. If you walk about 8 minutes from the station, you can find “Shopping town Carib (ショッピングタウンカリブ)” which has home center, 100 yen shop, GEO and so on. You can also find “Nitori (ニトリ）”, “Don Quijote (ドン・キホーテ）” and “Yamada denki (ヤマダ電機）” at the Kannana street
. There are many reasonable and delicious restaurants around the station too. Most of them open until late night so you can come by after work or school.
