Ikebukuro is 14 minutes away, and acces to Shibuya is very easy! Just in front of the station there are plenty of shops, including a supermarket and a drug store. The house is located in a very quiet residential area with very fancy buildings that make the atmosphere very nice. Not only that, the building is almost new!
