This share house opened in July 2018. All the rooms are private rooms. The living room and kitchen are shared sections. The nearest station is Higashi Nagasaki Station and Minami Nagasaki Station. You can go to Ikebukuro station with 5 minutes and you can go to Shinjuku station with 11 minutes. It is the sharehouse of the best location among sharehouses we operate. This is 19th year for us since we began to manage sharehouses.
Our characteristics is to provide the sharehouses with a reasonable cost (including the initial fee)
and the fun daily life through the house event and the communication between the residents.
There are the house manager to each sharehouse, so we would like to share even something fun and troublesome with residents.
Our area is Tokyo, Kanagawa(Yokohama & Kawasaki), Chiba, and Saitama prefecture.
