This property is in the popular Setagaya area. Located only 7 minute’s walk away from Miyanosaka station on the Tokyu Setagaya Line. This area was named after the temple called Gotokuji, which is famously known as the birthplace of the lucky cat. (There are various theories about the lucky cat, though) As well as being a very historic town, Gotokuji also has some attractive shops such as a local supermarket near the station, a bakery, and cafes. There are many unique shops which you cannot find around the major stations. It is close to Shimo-kitazawa station, and good access to Shinjuku and
Shibuya. In addition, streetcars (Tokyu Setagaya line) are still running in this area, which is very rare in Tokyo now. The property is a house type shared house. Relax in the comfortable share house or in the nearby café “Gotokuji”, which has a unique atmosphere.
