"Familie Country Club" is a women-only and small-scale shared house. This renovated two-family home offers shared spaces that include an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen (LDK) area on the second floor with a ceiling height of up to 3.5 meters. Additionally, there is a main kitchen, a lounge area, and a mini kitchen on the first floor. The property also features bathrooms, two toilets with washlets, a washing machine, a dryer, a washbasin, storage space, and bicycle parking. lude lockable individual rooms, each equipped with a personal refrigerator, LAN port, storage, and downlight illumination. All rooms are also fitted with air conditioning and curtains. In terms of transportation access, the property is a 4-minute walk from Keisei "Omoridai Station," with Keisei Chiba-Chuo Station reachable in 5 minutes, and Keisei Chiba Station in 6 minutes. It's also within a 16-minute walk (6 minutes by bicycle) to "Soga Station," one of the main JR stations in Chiba City, which provides direct access to Tokyo Station via the Sobu Rapid Line, Keiyo Line, Sotobo Line, and Uchibo Line, and serves as a stop for express and rapid trains.
