Tobunerima 13B is two-storied house, made by western style. This neighborhood is pretty safe and calm. There are kitchen and bathroom, washstand, electronic toilet in each floor. Basic household items (like seasoning, toilet paper, detergent etc.) are replenished by our office, once a week, for free. The house is located between Daito Bunka University and Tobunerima station, so it is a great location for students. You can go convenience store and supermarket Aeon by walk (takes about 1min.), also there are many franchise of famous restaurant surrounding the station. We have a free rental bicyc
le service for the residents who lives in this house. The medical institution- Takashimadaira Central Hospital is near from the house. Also there is a cherry blossom road in walking distance, so you can enjoy some sports, taking walks and beautiful cherry blossoms in spring. You don't have to pay the deposit and any other additional charge for the house, so our contract will be very economical and safe chance to you. The minimum period of contract is 2 months or longer.
