At KAMIKITA HOUSE our rent fee covers everything, from utilities to Wi-Fi usage, as well as essential furniture and appliances. Check in with a suitcase alone, and you are pretty much good to go!

Pay your rent up front together with the booking fee when you sign your contract, and that is it. There are no deposits, guarantor fees, cleaning costs etc. that are often considered as standard here in Japan.
