This share house in the traditional Fukagawa area newly opebned in August of 2019. The rooms have been renovated. The kitchen and baths are really nice and clean. This house has multiple bath rooms and washstands, so you don't have to wait for your turn patiently! There is a shopping street similar to a downtown area, a 100 yen shop and a business supermarket. Also, Kiba Park and the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum are both within walking distance. You can see Tokyo Sky Tree too like everyday! Living here never make you inconvenient and bored :) The nearest stations are Toyocho and S
umiyoshi station (it takes about 15 minutes to each stations by walk). Kinshicho, the most exciting spot around this area, is also accessible (it takes about 10 minutes by bus). Come on UP's monthly share house meeting is led by the house manager in charge of that particular share house. During the meeting, you and your sharemates can have a meal together. Even people who never experienced living a sharehouse are welcome to live here. Wouldn’t you want to be the founders of new sharehouse with some old friends and meet new ones?
