Ariya House Takinogawa is a beautifully designed and stylish women's share house. Located in a serene residential area, it is only a 6-minute walk from Itabashi Station and a 4-minute walk from Shin-Itabashi Station. This prime location provides easy access to Ikebukuro in just 4 minutes, Shinjuku in 10 minutes, and Shibuya in 16 minutes via the Saikyo Line. Each room is a private room with a key, featuring cute pink wallpaper, and is fully furnished with an air conditioner, refrigerator, television, desk, chair, and unlimited internet and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an IH system. A
deposit of 20,000 yen will be required , but it will be refunded upon move-out. Utility bills are included in the rent, except for the electricity bill for your room, which typically costs around 1,000 yen. These rooms are perfect for students or working professionals and are available for rent for at least three months. We are looking for friendly and relaxed residents between the ages of 20 and 40, hoping to create a fun share-house experience.
