Outside of the north exit of Jujo station, there are one of the biggest local shopping streets of Tokyo. Local price is relatively low compared to other Tokyo areas. As Saikyo line is available, you can get to Ikebukuro in 6 minutes, Shinjuku in 12 minutes. Also, you can get to Shibuya and Ebisu without transfer!! Moreover you can take Keihin Tohoku line from Higashi Jujo station which is 10 minutes walk from Jujo station and you can easily get to Tokyo station and Yokohama area.
