詳細：The rent including utility fee of one month will be free. ※The Optional fee(System usage fee, Bedding rental service fee, Mattress rental service fee etc.) will be charged.

利用条件：※For the new customer who will use the property more than 3 months. ※When you make the contract, you would need to pay the registration fee and the first month rent(daily fee). The secondary month's rent including utility fee will be 0 yen. ※If you move out or relocate within 3 months, you will not be able to refund the prepaid fee at the time of contract. In addition, we will charge 30,000 yen as a campaign penalty in the month of moving out as well.
