Our communal kitchens exclusively for use with friends sharing the same living area come fully kitted out with everything from tableware, cooking utensils and rice cookers, to toasters, ovens and TVs. This is where you can enjoy the true flavor of cultures coming together!

3 unisex restrooms are located at 1F, where one is fully accessible.

13 laundry machines (¥200 per wash) and 11 drying machines (¥100 per 30 min) are located in the 8F.

Common space Wifi and individual room Wifi/wired LAN are all included in rent. Meeting rooms are also supplied with Wifi/wired LAN.

Parking lot・Parking lot for bicycles
Bicycle parking is free for all residents. Please notify staff at check-in if you own a bicycle.

Fully furnished with speakers and a projector, this sound-proof room can be used for watching movies, playing instruments, and more!

We have a common workspace and 4 meeting rooms in the 1st floor. Both are equipped with whiteboards, and the meeting rooms include monitors as well!

We have 3 balconies in 4F, 7F, and 8F.
The 8F balcony has a smoking area, and we plan to build a space for drying clothes. The balconies are still a work in progress, we welcome suggestions for how to use this areas!
